happy heart day

valentine's day is mom's birthday, first and foremost. so i picked out some flowers.

and made an attempt at an angel food cake, from scratch.

on saturday rotten and i went to the pocONOs for some tele turns.

i thought my red pants were a good fit for the day.

pretty much sums it up. only it was thick, and all over the mountain.

back home, gorilla begged for a candy heart.

we ended the day at belle epoque, a french bistro. cheeses, wines, fish, steak, and a crepe. perfect!
